Wave Walker Cottage is the perfect vacation getaway for families or couples. The cottage has 2 bedrooms downstairs each with a queen size bed. Upstairs via a spiral staircase is the loft with 2 more queen beds. The glassed porch or open deck are great spots to relax and soak in the outstanding views of Acadia National Park, mountains and bay. The shore is only a short walk away. Bring your own kayak for adventure on the ocean. There is a fire pit and barbecue grill on site as well.
The Cottage is a Saturday-Saturday rental. Rentals of less than a week of other requests may be accommodated in spring or fall seasons.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. The security deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the week.
CANCELLATION. Upon receiving a written request to cancel, the security deposit is refunded as follows:
If guest cancels 90 days or more prior to the start

If guest cancels 90 days or more prior to the start of the reserve week, the security deposit and any rent paid will be refunded in full less a $25 cancellation fee.
If guest cancels less than 90 days prior to the start of the reserved week, the security deposit and any rent paid is refunded only if we are able to rent your reserved week(s) to another prospective guest.
CLEANING FEE. There is a $175 cleaning fee.
